Meet the founder -

Hi, I'm Ashleigh Camilla - a certified Pre & Postnatal Pilates Instructor, mama to a baby girl in June and creator of this platform Body for Bump.

I created Body for Bump because I couldn’t find pregnancy and postpartum workouts that actually got me! I was either worrying if the workout was safe for baby or unclear on what modifications to make and more often than not I felt like I just wasn't getting the full and effective sweat or recovery session I was looking for. 

So I built what I needed...sculpting, strength-based Pilates based workouts that support your changing body, are safe for you and baby, respects your energy and prepares your core and pelvis for birth and helps you recover postpartum. 

My mission is to empower and motivate all women who want to continue to move and nourish their body so they can still feel like their healthiest selves during pregnancy and postpartum.
